OFFICE 365 SERVICE LEVEL

The highest level of security has been applied within Azure to make sure that all measures have been taken to prevent intrusions.
The ROUTEAMS Powershell Onboarding Toolkit will be used within the company´s Office 365 security policies, by trusted employees or partners. No portal with external admin access is needed.

TEAMS VOICE VALUE STORIES
A farmers organization have rapid meetings with the farmers during the season to discuss pricing and crop development. The farmers are often in the tractor or out in the fields and find it hard to attend meetings in a regular way.
Ctelo built a BOT that the organizer can invite to the Teams meeting. The BOT dials up all meeting participants in Teams. The ones that do not answer also get a call on their cell phone.
This solution has made it possible for the farmers to attend these meetings just by pressing the answer button on their phones.
