Meeting at the office

Get Started

Many of our customers are often surprised during their first conversation with us. They have encountered vendors who emphasized the high costs and complexities of implementing telephony in the Microsoft ecosystem. For us, this is just part of our daily operations. Connecting telephony is a straightforward cloud service, and our discussions primarily focus on configuring the telephony flow to align with the company's requirements. Once that's established, we determine the number of licenses needed and proceed to go live.

The five steps to go live!

01.

Have an introduction meeting to get all the information on the table.

- Telecom Agreement

- Todays phone setup

- Discuss requirements

- Existing licensing

- Look at possible solutions

02.

Ctelo or Microsoft Partner sends a pricing proposal including licenses and telecom requirements.

03.

Ctelo Voice cloud services are set up towards customer M365 and/or Dynamics Tenant.

Microsoft solutions are configured based on findings in point 01.

04.

User training and internal information.

Go live at the date and time agreed!
