Teams-integrated SaaS, delivered via partners: Ctelo Voice turns Microsoft Teams into a full business phone system managed inside the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant, so deployment feels like just another M365 service. The service is Co-Sell Ready (Microsoft-approved), and deployable in a click through Azure Marketplace – with no hardware or complex project work needed. This means faster go-lives (often first calls within weeks) and minimal risk for partners. Importantly, the customer’s trusted Microsoft partner leads the project while Ctelo runs the cloud backend, a “partner in front, Ctelo behind-the-scenes” model. Partners get full credit with clients and Microsoft, reinforcing their role as the one-stop provider for telephony without needing special telecom expertise.

One-invoice procurement via channel: Ctelo Voice is transactable through the Azure Marketplace and CSP billing, fitting into partners’ existing billing streams. Partners can purchase and invoice Ctelo Voice just like any Azure or Microsoft 365 subscription, often via their preferred distributors (e.g. TD SYNNEX, Arrow, Software 1-Crayon) for convenience. Private Offers are available to tailor pricing and terms per deal or region – ensuring partners keep their preferred margins, deal registration, and incentive payouts while customers enjoy a smooth buying process. Because Ctelo Voice is sold through the channel, Microsoft rewards Co-Sell Ready securing Microsoft partner incentives and credits towards their targets. In short, Ctelo Voice makes adding telephony commercially easy and financially rewarding for partners, with no barriers in procurement or compensation.
